This recipe turned out very good. I used Mahi-Mahi fillets and mixed in frozen corn with the diced tomato mixture. I baked it for a few minutes more than the recipe called for, and it was delicious. I think any mild fish would work well. Delicious!

Very good, whole family licked it. The only thing is that the green chilles made it spicy which some people don't like spicy foods like my youngest daughter. Next time I will try it with a milder tomato mixture. Definately make it again.

You start with THAWED fish right? <<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Wendy ~ You should start with refrigerator temperature fish; not frozen. >>>

This is so quick and easy. I whipped up this dinner in about 20 min. I will certainly make this again.

I used Orange Roughy instead of Cod and it was sooo good! I served it with mexican rice (the white kind) and warm corn tortillas. My husband couldn't stop raving about it! Totally yummy!!!

We love it. My 6 and 9 year olds even enjoy it! I serve it with black beans and a little rice. It makes a great quick meal!

I don't really like the taste of fish, but this recipe is one that I like. I have made this many times with tilapia. My husband and I really like it. Last time I made it, I added chopped yellow pepper and a can of dark red kidney beans...it was yummy!
