Baked Cod Fillets recipe

Tomatoes and green chiles add bold flavor and a zap of heat to flawlessly flaky fish. Did we mention this ready-in-15-minutes seafood idea is also low-fat?

My family and I love fish, especially cod, but this dish was horrible...I felt so bad for serving it to my family. After the first bite, we threw it away and ordered pizza!!

This was really good. I have to say I was quite surprised! My kids don't really like fish unless it's frried, and they thought this was going to be not so great. ALL of them ate it, and cheered at how good it was. Will have to make again for the hubby!

The fish was surprisingly good. I am not a huge fish fan and didn't like the idea of cheese but it was quite good. We had it without tartar sauce and felt like it needed that. Very tasty.

This was good. Used the suggestion of another member and put the zuchini with it. My husband hates fish except for fried buffalo, he ate it and didn't say to throw the receipe away. Only this I would do differet next time would be a little salt and pepper on the fish when using the zuchini. I was surprised at the combination of fish, tomatoe, chillis and cheese.

this recipe is excellent the way it is. no salt or tartar is needed to hide the fish flavor. and i am a very picky fish eater.

I am a fish lover and this recipe came close to changing that!!!! It was not something I will ever make again. In fact, after the first bite my husband and I threw it away!!!
