I added zuchini (idea from another cod recipe at this site). DELICIOUS!!!! My whole family loved it. Easy as can be. Will definately make again. Good enough for a dinner party.

I hate fish so I'm always searching for something that will make it taste good. This recipe absolutely is made for those of us who are challenged in this area. This was easy, tasty and low in calories. I have finally found a recipe with excellent flavor

This recipe is very tasty; I used the Whiting instead of Cod, and it was very good; all my family liked it; I recommend to try it.

Very good! I added fresh bagged spinach to mine and put it in with the tomatoes. I also made it lower in fat and calories with lowfat dressing and cheese. Try it. You won't be sorry!

My husband rarely eats a second helping, but he did with this! I also used a can of already seasoned diced tomatoes (garlic, herb tomatoes) because I didn't have any green chiles. Great!
