I made this recipe for Easter dinner and it was a hit with my family. I use Kraftfood recipes to treat my family all the time.

I made this recipe for company, and everyone loved it. I love fresh beets to begin with, and have roasted fresh beets in a little orange juice, so I thought this sounded good. Not being a big fan of strong ginger taste, I did cut the amount of ginger in half.

I had bought fresh beets and did not know what to do with them. I found this recipe and gave it a shot. I usually can't stand beets, but in this cause they were delicious. My boyfriend went back for thirds. I would definitely do it again.

I was disappointed with this dish; I expected a better taste. My husband liked it enough that I might try it again and cut down on the amount of ginger. I paired it with a Chinese salad this time but next time I'll probably pair it with chicken.

I made this for dinner today and eight out of nine people thought it was delicious. I couldn't find fresh beets, so used canned, sliced ones. Looking forward to finding fresh beets for the next time I make it.

I altered the recipe a bit by reducing the amount of carrots and beets called for and substituting equal amounts of cubed yams and chunks of yellow onion. Besides an attractive dish it is so-o-o goood!

even though it took a long time to make/bake, it sure was worth it! very tasty!
