Delicious! I made this recipe for my family for a Sunday dinner and they loved it. I can't wait to make this again. Everyone went back for seconds, even the children. I like the flavor of the steak sauce and the preserves together.

I made this recipe for my new year's party. EVeryone loved it and wanted the recipe. I made it one day before, cut it. the day of the party, I just reheated it in the oven. The meat was very tender. Wonderful flavor. I would not change anything.

WOW! What a Fabulous Holiday Brisket Recipe. I cooked two 6 lb trimmed Briskets which served 16 Adults. I baked the Brisket the Day before Christmas. I cooked the Briskets in two seperate Aluminium Pans & placed each in a seperate Cooking Bag (easy cleanup). I then cooked the Briskets at 325 degrees for 4.5 hours. I let the Briskets rest for 15 minutes then sliced with an electric knife. I placed the Brisket in the Fridge and Reheated at 350 for 1 1/2 hours on Christmas (the next day). I must say my guests devored the Brisket. I only had a couple pieces left! I am a fair Cook in the kitchen. This was my first Brisket. I will serve this again. & again. Thanks Kraft for the Great Recipe!!

I made this brisket with grape jelly and duck sauce because I had no apricot preserves. Still turn out great. I used a foil bag.

I cooked this recipe for Mothers Day and we had 13 guests (16 of us total). The 11lb. brisket was devoured in less than an hour. It was very good! I added some fresh garlic and cooked it in a oven bag. No mess. It turned out great.

This was the first time I've ever made brisket! It was so good and easy to prepare. Though I think the cooking time is too long so it was a little dry. Just keep an eye on it after 2 1/2 hours.

We made it for some friends who are dieting and they LOVED it! Other family members have heard about it and have asked us to bring it to our Easter gathering. Don't be fooled by the apricot ingredient: I don't like apricots but love this recipe!
