We are on the South Beach Diet. Is there a substitution for Mircle Whip Dressing I could use?

I may be looking right at it, but I don't see any mention of cooking temperature. Is there any?

I believe the oven temperature was not given for this recipe. I would try a 350 temp. if I had to guess. <<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Mary ~ Thank you for pointing out our omission. You are correct; the bake temperature is 350 degrees. >>> I rated it "very good" even though I have not made it yet.

I only used half of the Miracle Whip and made this with boneless, skinless thighs. I marinated the thighs in a ziploc over-night and then instead of baking them, I used a George Foreman grill. Came out great, very tasty. The thighs were thin enough that they cooked through without browning the marinade too much. Will make again.

Instead of allowing the chicken refrigerate as listed: After stirring all of the ingredients together, I immediately poured the mixture over the chicken in a 9x9 pan and broiled it (do not cover). Flipping it over every 5 minutes until cooked through. I also added chopped onion to the mixture. It was moist and delicious! Only took about 20 minutes for everything!

My husband liked this dish, but didn't love it. I thought the miracle whip taste overpowered the dish so it was basically chicken with a mayo taste. It was pretty easy though and looked nice.
