What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding

cup cold milk

tsp. lemon zest

cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided

cup raspberry preserves

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

cup fresh raspberries

Make It

BEAT first 4 ingredients in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP.

SPREAD preserves onto bottom of crust; cover with pudding mixture. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and raspberries.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm.

i made this recipe twice because it sounds so good, but it flopped both times. the pudding gets hard and lumpy so fast and then there's nothing you can do.

Everyone @ home & work loved it. I put extra preserve layer at the bottom. Passed around the recipe to others.
