Everyone @ home & work loved it. I put extra preserve layer at the bottom. Passed around the recipe to others.

I made this for a bridge group and everyone loved it. One thing I would do is put a little thicker layer of raspberry jam on the bottom. Quick, easy and good tasting.

I used a reduced fat graham cracker crust, fat free cream cheese, fat-free, sugar free vanilla pudding adding 1 tub of Crystal Light Lemonade to give it the lemon flavoring and fat free cool whip. I put Sugar Free Red Raspberry Jam on the bottom of the crust, followed by the pudding mixture and topped with more fat free cool-whip. It was excellent and very light. I will definitely make again. It's a great low-cal dessert.

I made this with Neufchatel cheese, skim milk and fat free Cool Whip. It was okay but think next time I would at least use Cool Whip Lite.

havent made this recipe yet but was wondering if anyone had tried it using real whipped cream?? Not a big fan of the cool whip. Not to worried about the low fat low carb thing for special occasions with my family, they will love it!

Looks great. I've made something similar in the past but using seedless raspberry preserves. Most folks I know need to avoid seeds. Instead of whole berries for topping I made florets with the seedless preserves using a large icing tip.
