Pie was a huge hit with family! Husband and teenagers loved it! Easy to make - but used real lemon juice with a pinch of zest. I believe this made it really 'lemon-ee.' Will definitely make again!

i added a teaspoon of lemon zest to this recipe for a little extra zing to the lemon taste. it didn't last long once my family dug in!!

Not quite lemony enough for me. I would substatute regular cooked lemon pudding and go from there. Otherwise it was very tasty.

I substituted a ready-made shortbread pie crust for the graham cracker crust and...wow...everyone LOVED it!

This is so easy to make. I have made it several times and everyone loves it. It is also very good when made with the sugarfree jello pudding and sugarfree coolwhip. My 7-yr-old can't wait to get home from school today so she can help make the next one.

I LOVE this, and so does everyone else! I like using sugar free lemon pudding, tastes the same, and then add an extra TBS of lemon juice. I've made it like 7 times now and won't stop!

Excellent dessert, everyone loves it and have had many requests to make it again. I have made a few changes which seem to help, if using a 10" pie shell I use a total of 3 pkgs of pudding;2 pkg of pudding and 1 1/2 cups milk to help set up better for the first layer. The second layer I use 1 pkg of pudding and 1/2 cup milk and squeeze juice from 1 fresh lemon and mix with whip cream to give it a little more flavor and then top with remaining whip cream. Cutting back on the milk definitely helps the pie set up better. Good luck to all and enjoy!

Very easy and quick to make. I make it for any family get togethers (i actaully have to make 2) and everyone loves it.

I made this for a family picnic, not the best thing to take if you cannot keep it cold at all times but everyone loved it regardless. I personally would agree w/another rating to add more lemon juice because to me, it just didn't have enough flavor. I will definitely make it again.

I really enjoyed making and eating this recipe. The only thing I would change is possibly not add the top layer of cool whip. Kind of overpowering. I also added a little more lemon juice for the lemon flavoring. It will definately be something I make again for any of my summer desserts.
