Triple-Layer Lemon Pie

This pie has a very refreshing taste! It's very easy to make.

I love it!!! Well make agian it was gone before I could even get another slice!!

This is a very good and easy pie. Be sure to use INSTANT pudding - that is probably why others had problems with it setting up. If you want strong lemon flavor be sure to use fresh lemon juice and add some lemon zest.

This pie is delicious...however, a word of advice...this pie needs to be frozen after you make it NOT refrigerated. I put it in the fridge overnight and it still did not set (I noticed alot of reviews with that complaint) I placed it in the freezer and of course it froze but it was very good-almost like an ice cream pie. I will make it again but will freeze it and then let it sit on the counter for a few minutes before serving so the slice will serve nicely.

Made this pie for Easter, and everyone absolutely loved it! Have to give out the recipe to all!!!

I made this pie for Easter. I read the other comments before I went to the store, or made the pie. I used all brand named products & changed the recipe a little. I used 2 1/2 cups of milk, instead of 3, and used 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, instead of one. The pie set well & had a a nice lemon flavor to it.

This pie was tasty and refreshing, but also did not set very well.

I don't know what went wrong...2 cups of 1% milk...2 pkgs lemon pudding/pie filling, 8 oz of whipped topping...maybe it was because I used store brands and not Jello and Cool Whip...It sat in the fridge for 6 hours and it was mush, flavor was okay, could have had more lemon...I was disappointed
