What You Need

pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding

cups cold milk

Tbsp. lemon juice

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Make It

step 1

BEAT pudding mixes, milk and juice with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Spread 1-1/2 cups onto bottom of crust.

step 2

WHISK half the COOL WHIP into remaining pudding.

step 3

SPREAD COOL WHIP mixture over pudding layer in crust; top with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

I rated this only as good, because my top layer ended up being melty-like. I think I overstirred the cool whip before spreading it on top, so I would make this again and next time make sure I thaw the cool whip in the fridge like they tell you to. Overall, very tasty and even better 2 days later. Not overly sweet or overly lemony or anything. Light.

THIS PIE WAS SO EASY TO MAKE AND IT WAS A BIG HIT AT OUR ANNUAL MEMORIAL DAY COOKOUT. IT WAS VERY REFRESHING ON A HOT DAY.

i love this pie! i made it for a family function 2 yrs ago and now get in trouble if i don't bring it. i have tried other flavors of pudding but the lemon is my favorite!

This is the best dessert recipe ever! I can't wait to have another slice! Made this last night to serve my elderly Mom for Mother's Day. We couldn't wait until tomorrow to slice into it! Had it for dessert tonight. She loved it as much as I do! Will make again!

This pie was easy to make and everyone loved it. Next time I might try adding a bit more lemon juice to it so that it is a bit more tart and not quite so sweet.

I finished trying this pie and I must say its very delicious! I have been trying to find a lemon pie recipe that my husband would love more than his sister's and I think I found the one. Thanks Kraft.
