My daughter asked me to make this for her. I am not really a fan of lemon, but this was excellent. Just the right flavor and a great light dessert after a heavy meal.

This is a good recipe. I love lemon meringue pie, I think next time I will add more lemon juice to give it a sharper lemon taste. I will make this again! :-)

I add the juice of a whole lemon including some pulp. Makes it far more lemoney. If you are in a hurry this is it. but can't beat the fresh Lemon meringue, which does take more time to make.

This was a quick and easy recipe to make. My husband and I loved it. I began thinking of all of the other puddings that I could try with this recipe. Chocolate. Very light and refreshing. I used the reduced fat graham cracker crust. Not too sweet. A light way to top off a Sunday dinner!!! Will definately make it again.

This pie is DELICIOUS!!! I made it for Easter, and everyone LOVED it! I did not think it had enough of a lemon taste while I was preparing it, so I added about a tbsp of lemon juice to the pudding. It was perfect!

My Sister Inlaw made this Pie last night for her brother's birthday and it was wonderful.It was not tart nor did it taste like lemon but it tasted wonderful.

Good pie for the summer! The lemon flavor wasn't tart. I think I would have liked it to be a little tart. Easy to make.
