What You Need

pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding

cups cold milk

Tbsp. lemon juice

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Make It

step 1

BEAT pudding mixes, milk and juice with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Spread 1-1/2 cups onto bottom of crust.

step 2

WHISK half the COOL WHIP into remaining pudding.

step 3

SPREAD COOL WHIP mixture over pudding layer in crust; top with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

I made this pie for my family and they loved it. It was very easy to make and not much to clean up. I will definitely be making this again.

I made this as part of a gift for a friend of my 12 year old daughter. She loves lemons and lemon flavored "stuff". It was a big hit! The girls at the party really enjoyed it. I must confess that I don't usually like lemon flavored things but this was very good and was very quick and easy.

I have made this and it was outstanding. My sister loved it so much that she made it yesterday for a cook out that we had yesterday. My whole family just loves it and it is so easy to make. Keep the recipes comming. Ty

I actually made it using Coconut Cream Pudding and the new Cheesecake pudding. Both were very good.
