Triple-Layer Lemon Pie

Easy and delicious! Best of both worlds

This was wonderful. So tasty and light. Lemon is a favorite. Goes good on a warm day or after a spicy meal. Husband enjoyed it and sent recipe to daughters to fix also.

This is a great, easy recipe. I made it in about 10min at most. I've made it again, but using chocolate fudge flavor pudding (needs 2 1/2Cmilk, not 2C as with Lemon flavor) The lemon flavor was cool and refreshing, will be a nice dessert for summer evenings. The chocolate version I made was fabulous, I garnished with mini chocolate chips and my family wolfed it down.

I will definitely do it again. Love lemon as everyone else in the house. tasty.

My kids loved it so it is a winner for me. I have several more complicated lemon pie recipes, but will definitely make this one again, due to the ease and great flavor.

This pie was very good and very easy. I used a little more lemon juice than it called for. I also used one sugar free pudding mix and one regular pudding mix, 1 % milk, reduced fat graham cracker crust and lite cool whip to cut down on the calories. The end result was delicious!

My daughter asked me to make this for her. I am not really a fan of lemon, but this was excellent. Just the right flavor and a great light dessert after a heavy meal.

This is a good recipe. I love lemon meringue pie, I think next time I will add more lemon juice to give it a sharper lemon taste. I will make this again! :-)

I add the juice of a whole lemon including some pulp. Makes it far more lemoney. If you are in a hurry this is it. but can't beat the fresh Lemon meringue, which does take more time to make.
