The filling needs a bit more seasoning. Easy to make.

This was extreamly easy to make. I did add onion and pepper to the recipe. It tasted wonderful. My picky husband loved it and asked why I had never made it before. We will be having this again.

Very good! A neighbor boy came over and ate it with us and enjoyed it also. I used cream cheese and added onion to eat also. Can not wait to make it again! : )

Excellent! I've also made this recipe using Alfredo sauce with angel hair pasta. Even picky eaters love it. I used a tooth pick to help hold the chicken breast together while they baked. (Just remember to remove it before eating!)

I found it difficult to get the chicken to stay rolled, but enjoyed the result very much anyways.

Really Good! I also used ricotta cheese and just a little dried stuffing mix for the filling. Everyone loved it!

This recipe is amazingly good. However, the cook time is grossly inadequate if you live over 3,000 feet! It took me over an hour to get the chicken cooked through all the way, including turning the temp up to 450. Once the chicken finally cooked, it was great. Time needs to be reevaluated for high altitude as the 30 minutes doesn't cut it.
