My husband was surprised with the chicken. His first bite he thought was a mistake but after 3 bites he had to ask what I did to the chicken because it was so good. Plus the pounding of the chicken was a real stress reducer.

This was so good & easy! Perfect quick dinner for a week night. Everyone loved it. I didn't use the green pepper though and it was still delicious. I think Philly has some flavored cream cheeses. I may try one next time for the filling.

This receipe was really good, i would defenitly make it again.. I didnt add green pepper, but put different spices in the mixture.. The only thing different, that I would do different is, I would make alot more filling. The amount of filling that was suggested, didn't seem like enough for the chicken. Also, my husband suggested wrapping a piece of backon around the chicken.. Other than that, I would definetly make this again.

We do not care for green pepper so I subsituted fresh chives for the green pepper in this recipe. I made this for my husband and I and then had it with our children when they came home from college one weekend. We all loved it!

I made this for a dinner party and it was a huge hit. I used fat free cream cheese and fat free mozz. cheese. No one knew the difference and everyone loved it. It is easy to make ahead of time and place in a casserole dish. Bake it off that day when you are ready.
