It was great! Flavor was wonderful! Make sure you have toothpicks handy to hold the chicken together while it's in the oven. They don't always stay rolled since the uncooked chicken is so slippery..

My family loved this meal. I didn't add the green peppers but instead added dried basil and it was amazing. The mixture in the middle did bake out but I will try to roll the chicken better next time.

This recipe was great! I seasoned the cheese mixture pretty much as the recipe explained, but I also seasoned the chicken with italian dressing and parmesan cheese -- it was the best!!

Very good! Would be good with some spinach or chopped broccoli in the filling too! Will make again!

we loved the idea but changed a few things.... we topped the chicken with a layer of baby spinach leaves, then substituted chopped onions instead of peppers & sprinkled with garlic salt instead of the oregano... then we topped with a homemade marina sauce (leftover from another meal) we topped with a slice of mozzarella cheese 3- 5 minutes before it was done. Served it with spiral wheat noodles topped with more of the marina sauce & a salad made with the baby spinach leaves and red wine vinegarette dressing. We can't wait to prepare this meal again!
