It tastes very good, but I always have trouuble with roll-ups. Maybe I just put too much filling in them or something. But I would still make it again.

Because of mix-ups at home, I happened to find a package of the fancy mozzarella with the sundried tomatos and basil, and mixed that with the cream cheese, and the garlic powder, and everyone loved it. You could probably make this with most shredded cheeses. i would still lke to try the original recipe, but it still turned out awesome.

It is hard to pound and flatten and roll this but if you get it done it is DELICIOUS and filling! Worth the work but not easy at all.

I just wish there was an easier way to get the chicken thinner - I had to use toothpicks to hold it together. But... everyone raved about how good it was.

I made this for company and it had a very nice presentation on top of a bed of pasta. And even better flavor. It was very easy and the chicken came out perfect, not too dry.

I would make this recipe over and over again! My husband loved it and so did I. I did change the sauce i used to a sundried tomoates sauce and it was awesome!!!!!!!!!
