The green peppers were a bit more powerful than I would have liked, but I did have some extras in there.

I made this for my boyfriend and I - it was great! We both loved it and the left overs were just as good. I served over whole-wheat pasta with some extra sauce. Very good and will make again...soon!

I am just learning how to cook and this recipe was soooo easy and it tasted....I don't know...awesome!!!!!!! Plus my fiance loved it and thought I must have been slaving away for this dinner.

It was very good. The chicken was a little dry. I think by putting the chicken roll-ups in a smaller pan and more spaghetti sauce might help.

The only thing i would change is using a italian mix type of cheese in the rice to make it more flavorful..

The chicken turned out so moist and tender that my husband didnt' even complain about the veggies in it. I have also made variations with onions, spinach and other veggies inside and it is still wonderful.

I did not have peppers on hand, so I used onions. The flavor of this dish was yummy!! We will have this again soon.

Good, it needed more spices though, it was a little bland but I would definitly make it again especially since it was really easy to make and looks very impressive!

Very very good. The chicken breasts I used were larger so the dish took about 15-20 minutes longer to cook. Also, I used green bell pepper which turned out great.
