I didn't care for the green peppers and the stuffing was a little bland.

Absolutely loved it! Added garlic powder. Served with Spaghetti Carbonara and garlic bread.

Used home grown red bell and only had Monteray Jack cheese, but had a very rich taste.

My 10 and 13 year olds and husband loved it. We did leave out the green peppers. Was easy and lowfat and will definitely make it again. I e-mailed to my family and friends. Girls were a little leary when I said it had cream cheese but it still got a thumbs up from them.

This recipe was really good and very easy to make. I marinatied the chicken in Italien dressing first and I also put real garlic in the filling. This was really good.
