Chicken baked in spaghetti sauce and topped with mozzarella is a home run—but wait until they see that you hid even more cheese inside.

I substitued the cream cheese for Ricotta cheese. I also added mozarella and parmesan cheese. It was very good. Very easy to make and quick.
Delicious and very juicy. Just make sure you roll the chicken very tighlty and seal the ends or else the cheese will melt out. I will definitely make this again. Great recipe to impress guests.
A little bland. Next time I will use chives and onions cream cheese and some freshly cut-up green onions. No green peppers.
I'm a busy student, but this recipe was fast and easy to follow. I made it twice, once using a regular marinara-type sauce and once using a creamier vodka sauce. The creamier sauce gave it a smoother texture and flavor. I also froze the leftovers for later, and they tasted just as good. I had extra filling, so I mixed it with rice to make a casserole. That was good too!
with modifications, this recipe can earn smiles and praises! Since others said that it teneded to be bland, I seasoned the chicken with Montreal Chicken seasoning and pepper. I used a combination of green onion, green peppers, and onions in the filling. I also used garlic powder instead of garlic salt, and used Italian Seasonings. It does take longer than 30 min to cook chicken, but it is still worth it. Served over linguine and spooned extra sauce over noodles.
My husband really liked it. I found it slightly salty, so I'd reduce the salt next time. I'll probably make it again, but with some of my own additions.
It was easy to make but very bland. I even added chopped onions and ricotta and it was still very bland.
I made this tonight for my very first time, lol and I found it to be very easy...however, the taste was plain so the next time i will be sure to add my seasoning to it.
This was an awesomely easy receipe. I also added Ricotta. . .mmmm mmm. My fiance and brother gobbled this up. It was deleicious, definately would make again!
My husband and kids like chicken parmigiana and I thought this was an easy twist to that. I loved the ease of preparing this and have marked it as a great recipe to make as a dinner to offer a neighbor (just had a baby, is ill, etc.) that they can just pop in the oven.
