Takes a little bit of time for this one, but my family absolutely loves it. Even the little ones. We've made it a few times and if my mother-in-law knows, she always asks me to bring her any leftovers.

It was good. Next time I think I will make it without the green peppers.

Due to being in our 5th wheel, I did not have garlic salt or oregano on hand when I made this recipe (I had to double it). I did have Mexican spice handy and used that instead. Had some chili and used that instead of spaghetti sauce. Made the rest according to the recipe. Served it with Ranch style beans and corn. Everyone loved it. As soon as I have the correct ingredients I will make this according to the recipe.

We absolutely loved this recipe. We even left out the green peppers. The whole family said to make more the next time. Definitely a keeper.

I loved this recipe! It was much easier to make than I thought it would be. If I couldn't tuck the ends in right, I just used toothpicks to secure it. Some of the cheese mixture did leak out and blended with the juices, so I just served the 'sauce' over hot parmesan pasta. Very easy and so yummy!

Trouble getting ends to seal, however spooned escaping sauce over top prior to adding final cheese topping. Turned out delicious.
