I loved this, however, used a balsamic vinegrette dressing and added maple syrup coated walnuts.

I just love poppy seed dressing and it made this salad great. it was quick and easy to prepare and was a great way to use left over chicken. always looking for new ways to use chicken.

ALL THE INGREDIENTS ARE FAVORITES OF OURS. IT WAS QUICK TO FIX AND TASTED WONDERFUL JUST THE WAY THE RECIPE CALLED FOR.

This is such an awesome and easy salad to make, and will impress any guest. I am a lover of a sweeter dressing, so I added a 2 packets of a sugar substitute to the dressing. Yummy! My family loves it, even my young son!

This was delcious! I didn't have pears, so I used strawberries instead. I also added some pecans for that extra crunch !! I love that the warmer weather is here and we are enjoying lighter fare. This one is "tops"!!

Have made it twice in 10 days! It's delicious. I used marinated grilled chicken, warm . Larger servings make a meal.

I also added walnuts, mandarin orange slices and red raspberries. I made a beautiful luncheon salad for my friends, high on flavor, beautiful to look at and figure friendly!

I know this is a recipe that the family will love. I have 5 picky eaters, chicken is the meat they all agree on. Reading this recipe, I can see apples and walnuts as a variation. Anytime I can get the kids to eat spinach without a fuss, I'm pleased.
