Tried this again last week and I did rememeber to use the thousand island dressing this time. Personally, I liked it better without the dressing.

I add a can of campbell's brown beans to the meat/taco seasoning mix and add a few corn chips on the plate with the bed of lettuce..it's a taco salad yummy

Great!!! I made the taco flavored beef the night before and microwaved it right before serving to save time.

Very easy to make. I enjoyed the corn and thousand island combination.

I added kidney beans to stretch it for a meal for 6 and it was great. Also ate it on whole grain chips.

Instead of Thousand Island I used a mixture of 1/2 light ranch and 1/2 medium salsa. I also added sprigs of fresh cilantro. It was delicious!

excellent recipe, easy and fast. I also added kidney beans for added flavor.
