Very good salad. I made this without the chicken bacause I served it with a chicken dish for dinner. Everyone loved it.

We don't care for mandarin oranges so I left them out. But the rest of this was great! Makes an impressive lunch for guests!

I make this recipe all the time. It is fantastic on hot summer days. I have never put the snap peas in.
