This is my favorite salad. I leave out the snap peas though. I have made this 3 times already and still love it just as much.

My 12 yr old daughter made this as a salad for a meal she had to prepare for us as a homeowrk assignment. We were delighted she surfed the web to find this, rather than using our large collection of cookbooks--- we would have missed having this added on our list of favorites! YUM!!!

My family LOVED this salad. Even my husband who is not a 'salad eater!" Made it with the snap peas the first time and did not care for those, so I leave them out now.

This recipe gave me the realization that I don't care for things as juicy as oranges and strawberries in my salad.

This salad is wonderful. But, of course, do not put the dressing on if you are not going to eat it all right away. Otherwise, the greens will wilt. You should put the dressing on right before eating.

Great recipe! I didn"t have snap peas so I made the salad without them. Everyone enjoyed it.
