I made this for my family last night. I used brocolli instead of cauliflower. They loved it. Said it was the best salad they ever had. Easy too!

Make it really Italian..I added fresh Spinach with Romaine, used a diced 'Genoa Salami', in place of chicken, crumbled or diced mozzarella, (swiss is good too), substituted drained sun dried tomatoes in olive oil, for fresh, finshing touch was to add sliced Kalmata Olives!

Great recipe! My teenage daughters and their friends are always asking me to make it. It's so easy to make they've even done it a couple times!

This was SO good! Instead of the cheese crumbles, I got sharp cheddar, and cut it into bite sized cubes and tossed it in with the rest..Instead of romaine lettuce I used mixed lettuce from a bag. It was so yummy, and healthy too! Even my husband who wont eat vegetables ate it and loved it :)

My family and I loved this salad! My husband isn't crazy about cauliflower, so I subtituted broccoli. To get my kids to eat it I used grape tomatoes that I cut lengthwise. A great, quick weeknight meal.
