Served this for a bridge luncheon. Also for a dinner when I did not want to cook. I use the scissors in the bag of broccoli slaw and chop it up. I used more cashews. Served this on lettuce leaves with cut up tomatoes around the plate.

Everyone enjoyed this salad! It is easy, tasty, and filling. I will definitely make this salad over and over again. I used more chicken and more nuts.

This salad is very filling and satisfying. It took less than 15 minutes to prepare, making it a fast and nutritious dinner solution on a hot day. I will definitely make this recipe again and again.

Loved the recipe as well. I would say that this serves WAY more than 4. I brought a batch to a pot luck reunion and had salad left for a week! If you anticipate not eating it all at once, add the cashews only as you eat it since they get soft when they sit with the salad overnight. I too added more pineapple.

This is an excellent salad--so quick and easy to make, too! I added more pineapple, chicken and cashews than it called for which made it a very filling salad. It's a perfect summer dish and great for potlucks. I've shared this recipe with many people and everyone has raved about it. It's a must try!

I took out the cashews and pineapple and added granny smith apples and red onions instead, it was great!!! I made a small test batch for my family and they requested more the next day, This is a great dish for parties and pot-lucks at the office. Make it a day ahead it's better the next day.

Incredibly easy to make, and a flavor delight! I made it to have on hand for my lunch at home each day. As other reviewers have suggested, I would add more chicken. A crunchy, filling, high-nutrition entreé, to be sure.
