DELICIOUS! This is a very delightful recipe, different and yummy. My family ate this all right up. It's even better if it sits overnight to marinate. WONDERFUL!!

This salad was good and easy. I'm not a fan of pineapple, so I substituted mandarin oranges. I also left out the peppers, since the ones at the store didn't look too good. With the changes, it is still a great salad.

This recipe does not double well. I made it the night before the event and all the juice and dressing mix went to the bottom of the bowl and seperated. Perhaps the recipe should say to addeverything together and then add dressing, pinapple cashews before serving.

I really liked. I passed it along to friends and family. I omitted the pineapple because I didn't have any. The salad dressing is very good.

Very refreshing! Good with or without the nuts.

My picky 11-year old, who ususally doesn't like vegetables, love this recipe! The broccoli slaw and red pepper made the salad so colorful. I'll be bringing this to the next cookout.

I really enjoyed this recipe. Followed the recipe as written except I used peanuts instead of cashews. A nice, light dinner or lunch option for summer.

Great recipe for a nice chicken salad for summer. We plan to make this for our 4th of July weekend. IT is equally as good without the added calories of the nuts!

I really liked this and my husband did too. I took some reviewers advice and only used 1 red pepper. I also omitted the nuts and used a reduced calorie dressing to save calories. This salad is best if you make it in advance and refrigerate it for about 4 hours.

Great summer salad. I also added craisins and sliced green onions. Yummy!
