Very fast to make. Everyone seemed to like it. I wouldn't mind putting some spinach in it.

I was excited to see this recipe, it reminded me of a kind of food I use to eat in Nigeria which is known as fiesta. Its almost the same type of recipe but without miracle whip. The miracle whip made a huge positive difference. Its fantastic!. Tobechukwu Raleigh, NC

This is a great side dish and so easy to make. I used whatever was available in my fridge w/c were chicken apple sausage, Egg Starts and leek. It turned out to be a deliciously sophisticated dish, low in fat and cholesterol! I think the Miracle Whip gave it a creamy texture and way healthier than using regular cream.

I'm curious about the use of Miracle Whip. I hate Miracle Whip, and always use regular mayonaise. Is there some reason why Miracle Whip was specified? I think I would kick up the taste with some cheese and possibly worchestershire sause.
