Being from New Orleans, I'm very interested in trying this recipe with left over potatoes from a crawfish boil. I am skeptical about the Miracle Whip, since I'm not much of a mayo kind. What's the reason for this ingredent anyway?
very quick easy and little to no mess. for the buisy mom it is great.
Tracy, this recipe is an excellent idea for any time of day. It's easy and flavorful. I did jolt it though by adding jalapeno's, salsa and covering it with melted Kraft Velveeta cheese. Go Purdue.
Easy recipe... but it tasted like it was missing something maybe some peppers or cheese.. I also used reduced fat miracle whip maybe next time I will use full mayo :) I will try again!
What a neat way to use left overs! Used the spiral cut ham from New Years. Used Miracle Whip Light as that is what I had on hand. Sprinkled a little Kraft cheese on top. Also, it cuts well and I have frozen individual servings for lunch or breakfast. Thanks for the great idea!
