Incredibly delicious! The ingredients are also diabetic and kidney friendly. My husband and grandkids loved, loved, loved these pancakes!

I made these pancakes for a "fussy"eater who could not tell the difference from traditional pancakes. They were a nice change and very tasty.

Oh this is such a fun twist to the good old pancake. My 2 year old doesnt like pancakes much but she liked these as much as she loved helping me make them. Hehe we ate all the blue berries before we got them into the mix so just had Graham pancakes. Also with the honey you dont need as much syurp.

Terrible consistency. Wasted a pint of blueberries.

The pancakes were excellent. This recipe is very similar to the cinnamon-blueberry muffins which I also love! I used low-fat milk and low-fat cinnamon graham crackers. I didn't have a problem with the batter, however I did only yield 8 pancakes, but some were a little bigger. I also used Pam so that they would be easy to scoop up. I will have these again!

My grandson and I had a good time making this. We didn't have any consistency problems. This was a nice change from "regular" pancakes and fun for small children to help make.

The consistency of the "pancake batter" was more like chocolate chip cookie dough. I wasn't impressed with this recipe.

This was a great recipe. I used whole wheat flour and added about a 1/2 cup more milk. They were great.
