I scaled this recipe down to about 1/4 (just for me), used egg beaters and whole wheat flour, and it was FANTASTIC!! i added some cinnamon too. the batter is very thick, so they don't spread out much. the honey graham crackers and the honey add a nice sweet flavor. a must-try!

My dad, brother, and I loved these! Dad doesn't even like graham crackers, but he really enjoyed these. My only issue was the temperature of my griddle...:)

This is a great change of pace from regular pancakes. My kids LOVED them, as did I!

They were pretty good. My husband rates it a 4 and unfornately, my daughter does not like blueberries.

Quote from my husband, "these pancakes are the BEST". The graham crackers provide a subtle sweetness, overall these are delicious!

Thought the consistency was fine, but the pancakes did not rise as well as a regular batter recipe would. Kids liked the taste as an alternative, and I would make again and maybe substitute the blueberries with something new.

Incredibly easy and a delicious alternative to regular pancakes. The grahams are rather subdued and add a wonderful texture.

when i made the batter according to the directions, it was VERY thick. i needed to almost double the liquid in the recipe. (i added more milk and a little water). the taste was really good and my kids loved them!
