I would double the recipe next time and try coconut milk in place of regular milk for my health reasons.

I also added a few spices, garlic cloves, pinch of thyme and rosemary, black ground pepper. I also used half & half instead of milk. I did not have cream corn so I used frozen corn and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. This was excellent and the whole family liked it. It was quick & easy.

This was a great way to get rid of the leftover turkey. I took the suggestions and used the thyme, white pepper, roasted red peppers, and used half and half instead of the milk. Definately will become a family tradition for our leftover turkey.

It was very good, but needed thickening and some seasoning. I used thyme and white pepper. I also added about 1 cup of half & half to make it creamier. I used green onions. It was a big hit at the Christmas potluck!

I tried this recipe and it was great. My husband and I liked it very much and definitely will make it again. I did thicken it a little bit but it did not change the taste.

I used green pepper, chicken, and 1% milk as substitions and it was delicious! My husband who hates onions, ate the entire thing! Great for a cold afternoon lunch! I will make this again!!!

I realize I didn't have the red pepper, so I just used about 1/2 cup of frozen mixed vegetables, really think it might be better this way.. soo good.

My husband wanted to cook another turkey so we could make the soup again.

I've made this recipe twice since Thanksgiving. It is quick and delicious! I used whole milk as the only exception to complete the full dairy flavor. I'll definitely make this recipe again!
