Found this by accident when I was preparing to throw out last years calendar. Perfect timing to get rid of Thanksgiving left overs with out it seeming like Thanksgiving left overs! I didn't use red pepper because I didn't have it on hand. Used cremed corn soup becasue I didn't have a can of cremed corn.

I made this to use up some left over turkey after Thanksgiving. I doubled the cream corn and cream cheese. I also added one can of whole kernel corn. I omitted the milk (by mistake actually), but everything turned out ok. The flavor was quite mild so I added a few dashes of hot sauce and fresh cracked pepper. I'm considering doing this for a potluck at work in the crockpot since it was so easy to make. I'm hoping it will turn out to be a crowd pleaser. Thanks for the simple recipe, Kraft!

I used a rotisserie chicken. I cooked 8 slices of bacon and sauted my onions in a little of the bacon grease instead of butter. I did not use red bell peppers, but added a small can of chopped green chilies. I also added another can of regular corn to the soup. I put the crumbled bacon on top of the soup when I served it. It was GREAT! My new husband loved it. It is definitely a keeper recipe.

We loved this! I used a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken from the grocery store deli and added 8 slices of cooked crisp bacon for extra flavor. My husband always goes for seconds! YUMMY!!

I used leftover turkey breast and this made enough soup for a few days! It was easy and delicious. I used the roasted red pepper suggestion and it was great. I cut back on the broth and soup a bit to make the soup a little thicker.

Very tasty, great for leftover turkey. I used a jar of roasted red peppers and celery to add more flavor. Add it freezes well too!

For a nice kick add about 3/4c of smooth salsa. It adds a nice spice to this soup.

Husband Loved It!!! I loved it. This was so very easy to make and quick especially with the leftover turkey. Will make this soup again.
