Great and easy recipe. I've done it with chicken as well, and turned out awesome. I recommend it!

This was excellent. The only change I did was I thickened it at the end with corn starch, it made it nice and creamy to serve in a bread bowl

We really liked this soup. I added a stalk of chopped celery and two garlic cloves to the onions and red peppers. It is also quite quick to prepare.

Great soup! I added a little spice to give it a Southwest flavor

Our family loved this soup! It has the creamiest taste, and couldn't have been better. I used fresh chicken with its own broth instead of the turkey.

This was delicious! My husband said this was the best new dish I've ever made, and our 1 1/2 year old daughter ate it up in no time flat. We're making it again for company this weekend! I didn't have any red peppers, so I substituted diced tomatoes. We also thought about trying it with Rotel and shredded chicken breast.

This was a huge hit with my husband and kids. Can't go wrong with this. Easy and quick prep...great for a cold evening. We used fresh think sliced deli turkey and it tasted just fine.
