I thought it was very tasty and attractive. I added a few chops of green pepper along with the last minute red pepper.

This is our favorite soup, and so easy to make. I recomend thickening it with some flour added to milk! Been told by a superior cook that this was the best chicken soup she ever ate!!

Was a hit. I added chopped celery in right before I added the cream cheese to give it a little crunch. I also added 1/2 flour to my milk to help thinken it a little. It was excellent. Everyone is already asking for more.

I thought the soup was pretty good. I used far less red pepper than it called for and I still felt it was a little overwhelming - but then, I really don't like red pepper much. The only other thing I didn't love about the soup was that it was very thin and watery. It just didn't seem very substantial, but the flavor was really good - so maybe with a little more thickening agent, it would be perfect.

I made it tonight with leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. So easy and so good. Served it with fresh French bread.
