This corn and turkey soup gets its wonderful texture from cream-style corn and cream cheese.

What You Need

1/2

cup chopped onions

red pepper, chopped, divided

Tbsp. butter or margarine

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

cups shredded cooked turkey

can (14.75 oz.) cream-style corn

cups chicken broth

3/4

cup milk

1/2

tsp. cracked black pepper

Make It

COOK onions and half the red peppers in butter in large saucepan on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

ADD cream cheese; cook on low heat 3 to 4 min. or until melted, stirring constantly. Stir in turkey, corn, broth and milk.

COOK 5 min. or until soup is heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with remaining red peppers and black pepper.

Substitute

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.

Special Extra

For more robust flavor, roast and peel the red peppers before chopping. Add to soup along with the turkey. Or, use drained, jarred roasted red peppers instead.

Make Ahead

Soup can be made ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 2 days. Reheat before serving.

Loved this! Quick and easy. I was out of turkey, so I used broiled chicken in its place. Hubby and the kids (2 yrs and 3yrs old) loved it too.

I make this alot for my family. They love it. My teenagers friends love it. I substitute canned chicken for the turkey, and it is even better.

Used the reduced fat cream cheese. Works well but make sure to mix it in really well. Also added some peas that I needed to use up. Turned out well.

Quick and easy. I also used a jar of roasted red peppers and added frozen corn. My husband loved it!

Delicious! I used roasted red peppers which added a lot of flavor to the soup. I also added chopped, cooked bacon to the soup. My teenage kids loved it & I'm sure I'll be making it again this winter.

This was a big hit, my husband loved it! I added a can of green chilis and on extra spices. I wish I would have doubled it because there was only a little left! I served it with a salad and corn bread! Yummy!
