YUMM! Very easy. I would use roasted red peppers next time. And double the recipe you will eat it all.

This is a great winter soup. I only got to eat one bowl b/c my husband ate all the rest. I will definitely make this again! Sooo easy to fix.

this would also be good with chicken. I used the fire roasted peppers which added a great flavor. My kids ask for seconds.

I made this with fat free cream cheese, regular corn and some cornstarch to thicken. It was still great and my finicky boyfriend loved it!!!! Yummy!

I just made this last night. My family loved it! I brought the leftovers to share with co-workers. I roasted the red pepper myself and added a little garlic iwith the onions and peppers to give it a little extra kick.

I really loved this recipe! I trimmed it down by using fat-free cream cheese and fat-free milk. I did not have turkey leftover, so I used chicken instead. It was so robust and favorful, it was amazing and very cozy for the winter!

Wow, this dish was so quick and easy to fix. I kind of changed a few items in the recipe but still was the same dish. I added 1 can of mushrooms, 1 can of both cream style and whole kernal corn, 2 cans of chicken broth and 1 block of cheese. I also added 1/2 red onion and 1/2 yellow onion for flavor. You can't forget the garlic...2 cloves. For quick preparation I used the chicken pieces found in the lunch meat section (comes pre-cooked and cubed...just add). Family loved it!

I am so pleased. I used chicken breasts instead of turkey because I didn't do turkey for x-mas dinner. My kids have healthy appetites so I doubled all the ingredients. I also, as I noted another person did, used whole kernel corn. Everything else I did according to recipe. It was sooooooooo delicious. I'm very, very pleased. From a satisfied mom and her satisfied and full children, thank you for such a delicious, quick and appetizing dinner!

i made this without the peppers - used half and half for the milk and added another can of corn - whole kernel - it was excellent - quite a crowd pleaser for christmas dinner and used the frozen left over turkey from thanksgiving - perfect!
