I didn't have shredded turkey so I tried it with cooked, lean ground turkey, and it turned out great! My whole family, including a very picky eater loved it! I also added 3/4 tsp of garlic pepper for added flavor. This one's a keeper.

It's good soup,...made it in winter night...it was perfect!... i add 2 cloves garlic here... GOOD. But...not enough corn for me, so.. next time i will add more creamy corn.

I'm not a big soup person, but I love this recipe. I've made it before, and really liked it. This time I didn't have any red peppers, so I tried subsituting cucumbers last minute, just until they were heated through. Both versions were very good!

Very tasty, we used roasted peppers in a jar and normal corn. The peppers enhenced the flavour.

Delicious and easy. Added a clove of garlic, coarse black pepper, and 1/2 tsp of roasted red pepper. Yum! Should have doubled the recipe.

All I can say is that everybody loved it! I should have made a double batch.

Very good. So simple yet tasty. Alot of potential for experimentation. This is a soup you never make the same way twice. I added some celery and garlic/herb seasoning to it. I spiced up my individual serving with cayenne pepper. Definitely a keeper!

This is a good soup, but it would be much too bland without the additions of a clove of garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and crushed red pepper. I also threw in some leftover stuffing which was really good.

this recipe is pretty good. i added a few things to spice it up: extra corn, garlic, garlic salt, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. i also used ground turkey and the roasted red peppers in the jar. i'm giving it to an ill friend, so we'll see how he likes it!
