Awesome! Used green pepper since family prefers it the second time I made this. Have to double recipe since even better next day!

Really good! Great option for left over turkey. Took me a little longer than the estimated time. Now that I've done it I might get creative and add more veggies or even just more corn. And maybe try it with torilla chips like chicken tortilla soup.

This is a defintely a keeper. Since my children complain about red pepper I left them out but put in the onion. I added a can of whole kernel corn. Great!

My husband and I's "mostest favoritest" soup ever! I HAVE to double it so that we can eat leftovers - otherwise, it's all gone in one night! We love it hot with bread, but especially cold with tortilla chips! (we use it as a dip) :) I use 1/3 less fat cream cheese, add fresh garlic, a can of whole kernel corn, can of Great Northern Beans, drained - sometimes shredded, sauted carrots too :)

This was a great quick easy recipe. I was able to use my left over turkey trimmings and the flavor was great.

This was a very good recipe and was a great solution to using up my leftover turkey from Easter. Paired with some French bread, it became quite a meal.

I think this soup is very flavorful and comforting, if such a thing could be said of soup :) It smelled fantastic as I was making it. It turned out very creamy.

As a lover of turkey and corn my husband loved this. It was a heart warmer on a cold evening.

I loooooooooooved this recipe. I used green peppers and chicken instead of red peppers and turkey. It was VERY good and pretty easy! I will definitely be making this again!
