I tried this recipe back in 2005, and it came out great it was excellent. However, this year I tried it and it didn't do as well, I don't know what the reason was. My suggestion is if your doing multiple cakes make sure to do this one first, because if the oven gets to warm it dosen't seem to cook right. Mine this year was very dry, and not as moist as before.

A little too dense for a desert, there are lots of substitutions/adjustments I would make if I made it again.

I forgot to add that it didn't rise very much, so that detracts just a little bit from the presentation, if you're interested in that.

Yum! I also made this one last year for Thanksgiving and Christmas everyone raved! The cranberries offset the sweetness of the white choc. and orange!

This cake was wonderful. It is VERY sweet and the cranberries add a nice texture and flavor to the cake. I am making it again this Thanksgiving.

Reading the ingredients to this, I really didn't think I would like it. I was SO wrong. My family enjoyed it Thanksgiving last year. My husband requested that I make it to take to his family that Christmas. It’s already been requested for this year’s holidays as well. I love it when I find recipes such as this one.

I made this cake using manderan oranges and cranberries and it was great. My husband took some to work for a friend to taste and has requested that I make it for his mother to taste while she is up for a visit. He just loves it.
