the flavor was wonderful - great recipe, I will use this one again.

I was looking for a cream cheese frosting receipt to frost fresh, hot, home made cinnamon rolls. Boy did this do the trick. Did find however that there was to much powder sugar. The frosting became a little grainy once it sat for a while. Maybe 3 cups would be better.

I used this recipe for a friends cake and everyone loved the flavor of the icing,I will be using this recipe over and over again.

I added a bit more lemon juice, but my husband and I loved this frosting! It's a real nice alternative to regular frosting.
