This recipe may be very good, and I will try it since it sounds fast, easy, and good. But I am not sure why it is called risotto. It is chicken with spinach, but the rice is cooked like rice - not like risotto
Although I liked the ease of making this recipe, both my husband and I found it to be very bland. I used cooked seasoned chicken which I had in the frig but, otherwise, followed the recipe. We even added red pepper flakes to see if that would make a difference. It was better, but not great; we threw left overs away. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this recipe, and we will not make it again. However, this is only one of Kraft's many greats; so, keep 'em coming Kraft!
This recipe is a favorite for our family. I've changed few things -instead of cherry tomatoes I used canned tomatoes with basic and oregano - I also put portabella mushrooms in as an extra. Great meal.....
Very easy and even tho the spinach isn't hidden the kids still ate it. We served with steamed green beans and garlic toast.
I've made this recipe many times and we love it! I double the entire recipe and use lime juice to cook the chicken and I use asparagus instead of spinach and brown rice instead of white rice and fresh parm instead of dried. It's a quick and simple recipe that tastes great!

I added a little black pepper, cumin, and cayenne....
Very good for a healthy meal, made without cheese because of allergies and it was still good.
This recipe was so delicious. My hubby only eats spinach once in a while, but he loved the spinach risotto. He asked me to make it more often. I actually added wine & broth. Together the combo was excellent. I tried this the 2nd time I made it. Thanks for the recipe!
