After reviewing the other users' comments, I tweaked the recipe a bit. 1) I marinated the chicken in Italian dressing, 2) Added onions, garlic and seasoning to the oil before adding the chicken, 3) Added olives for a little kick. I also replaced the instant rice with a box of Garlic/Herb risotto (just cook the risotto in separate pot for 15 minutes before going to step 2).

This was so easy to make. It was delicious too!! I added minced garlic to the oil in the pan for flavor. I also added salt, black pepper, basil, and oregano to the skillet for more taste.

A little bland. I added some cheddar/american blend and it could still have used a more flavor. Also had to simmer for MUCH longer than recipe called for.

I love this recipe , I enhance the flavor of this dish by roasting grape/cherry tomatoes first then add to skillet.

Loved it - added some basil and oregano to the chicken while it cooked and added a little extra parmesan cheese. It's a great quick, easy, healthy dinner that's not too heavy.
