i liked the dish although i thought the tomatoes over powered the meal. I cook the chicken with onion and garlic which add a little more flavor. It is a dish that my picky kids will actually eat and the simplicity is great. It's in the my meal rotation.

This was an excellent dish. Very fast and easy. I cooked my rice before putting it in the skillet. It always turns out better like that for me. Also, I added some garlic cloves, and used white wine since I had no broth on hand. It turned out just great! Everyone else loved it too!!

I love this recipe. Although I have not been able to locate condensed chicken broth so I use one whole can of regular chicken broth... But I also add about 6 small chicken bullion cubes. It seems to add more flavor. My family loves this meal and it is a great left over as well!

My fiance swore he would never eat spinach until he ate this dish. It's a bit bland so I recommend adding some garlic and more veggies.
