After reviewing the other users' comments, I tweaked the recipe a bit. 1) I marinated the chicken in Italian dressing, 2) Added onions, garlic and seasoning to the oil before adding the chicken, 3) Added olives for a little kick. I also replaced the instant rice with a box of Garlic/Herb risotto (just cook the risotto in separate pot for 15 minutes before going to step 2).
