LOVED IT! I've never made kabobs before, but these were super easy and delicious! You can pretty much use any type of marinade and dressing you want, and lots of veggies to choose from. We did chicken, beef and veggies. We even did them on our George forman grill!!

I might make it again, but with some changes. I would use red bell pepper instead of tomatoes. I would use baby bella's insead of button mushrooms and I wouldn't use the asparagus......they were charred before everything else was cooked.

Marinade was very good, used onions instead of mushrooms and it still turned out great! Make sure you cut your steak equally.

These kabobs were great. I used squash instead of the asparagus which I couldn't find at the store.

This is a great twist on the usual kabobs. Even our kids LOVED them. We'll definitely do these again!

The dressing for the meat made it very tasty. And kept it juicy while grilling.

I had a little trouble with every thing staying on the bamboo stick, but the taste was terrific.
