I couldn't believe this has almost no fat. It was great! Will definately make this again. You could try different sugarless pudding flavors for a different treat.

I made this to use as a birthday cake for my aunt. Every one loved it. It was a super hot day. I used fresh strawberries instead of raspberry. Next time I want to use chocolate pudding.

I'm wondering if this would be good with raspberry jello in place of the sorbet/sherbert and how much that would change the total carbs. I think it would taste good with jello.

The sorbet melted very fast while the pudding-cool whip mixture was still very hard after 15 minutes of thawing. Mine was not as pretty as the picture but taste good.
