JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding

cup cold
fat-free milk
1
tub (8 oz.)
COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping
, thawed
1
cup fresh
raspberries
Make It
step 1
SPOON
sorbet into foil-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan; freeze 10 min.
step 2
BEAT
pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over sorbet.
step 3
FREEZE
3 hours or until firm. Unmold onto plate; remove foil. Let dessert stand 10 min. to soften slightly before slicing to serve. Top with berries.

Delicious and quick and easy to make. I may have made serving difficult by freezing it overnight - the pudding layer was difficult to cut through in serving and eating.

I rated this fair simply because it was good, but tasted like raspberry sorbet with Cool-whip on top. Wasn't worth the hassle.

We substituted Lemon pudding for the Vanilla, it was great! It was also such a pretty color of pink and light yellow. My 11 year old was able to make this by himself, it was so fast and easy.

We loved it!!! As with others, the sorbet melted at a different, however when we let it freeze a bit longer, we were pleased with the result. Best to allow at least 4-5 hours for freezing. Will next try different pudding/sorbet variations.

I was alittle disappointed. I felt like the white part of it tasted to much like cool whip1

I had to use a different flavor of sherbet because I did not find the raspberry. It was still a very good light and healthy desert.

Very good, and easy to make. It was a delicious, summertime, light recipe. It was a hit at a family birthday party. I'll definately make this again!

This was great. Just as it said, very light and very yummy. My kids and Hubby all liked it and want to have it again. It is great to serve to company.
